You may either fill out the form located on the bottom of this page OR fill out the actual Notice To Vacate Form and return it to us via mail or fax.

Notice To Vacate Mail or Fax Form

In order to vacate your unit, you must present Lee Lock It Inn with a completed Notice To Vacate document.
Download our Notice To Vacate Form
Fill it out completely and mail or fax it back to us
Leave unit(s) in undamaged, broom-cleaned condition.
Remove ALL property from unit and facility. No Dumpsters on-site.
Close unit door.
Do not put lock back on unit door. Take your lock with you when you leave.
If you have a Temperature Controlled Unit(s) you must return the outer door key(s).
